Lived Experience That Shapes My Leadership
For 11 years, my wife and I were foster carers before adopting our daughter into our family. Working closely with social services, health teams, schools, and safeguarding partners taught me how to lead with empathy, stay calm under pressure, and build trust in emotionally complex environments.
